Merchain is an independent practice working at the intersection of capital, global trade, and operations. We bring an operator's perspective to three areas: advisory to investors and capital markets, international trade, and counsel to founders and boards — helping the people who deploy capital, move goods, and build companies make sharper decisions.
The practice is built on 15+ years of scaled operator experience across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America — spanning supply chain, procurement, retail, and the commercial engines behind consumer businesses. We work selectively, and we engage where we can add real value.
